Preface                                     What you would read is my experience talking to an unknown girl for the first time. I think it is worth sharing. This is a story I shared to few and this was really funny to them. The incident happened was real. I always remember that day. I don't know why but I remember it so well.  Beginning  The weekend is here, I need to get back to the 9th floor office pantry. I work in night shifts all weekdays, I sleep till 7:00 pm even on weekends.                  As usual my 3:30 am alarm rank, I picked it up and started checking my messages and then I though, It's Sunday. Let me give myself a break. I have been pushing harder and harder everyday to get things done.                     So I thought let me give myself a treat today, on the other end my brain says don't do it! I may fall back to the old routine. It's been more than a month since I gave myself a good sleep.                           Openness one of the five traits of Big 5 personality model or Five Factor Model . I would say I am an average in openness maybe 45% to 65%. Openness is  openness to experience.  Most entrepreneurs are high in openness, it's a great quality to have. That's how they are bombarded with ideas, they talk to people, they brainstorm new concepts and then take action.  I have a desire to do something by myself just like any other person.
