New Business Era : Post Covid 19

  Fellow beings of the world, we are going through  one of the hardest time in the 21st century.  The pandemic is at our streets claiming innocent lives very day, people are forced to stay at their homes in order to save themselves from this invisible enemy. 

Until we find a cure for this disease, we will be hiding from corona in our homes. The entire nation is under lock down, almost all IT companies have given their employees options to work from home. Other sectors like non essential goods, manufacturing industry, 

automobile, infrastructure,  tourism have been badly affected.  

Daily wage works are out of jobs and are unable to work. Reading through daily news it is one of the saddest times ever. 

Stock markets have crashed and are at the lowest of the past 10 years. 

However, we have a great future ahead. A smarter, brighter future, this is an opportunity to rethink our own lives and business. 

A Vision Of The Future

"Hard times makes the strongest men." I can vision that somebody out there is currently working diligently on a vision they have to change the world for ever. 

This is the time new innovations are brought to the table. Someone out there is currently working on his or her project that will change human lives and business how they function, can't wait to see what this pandemic will contribute to business.

 This maybe a new milestone, a new era to technology and business. As employees are working from home, corporate companies have taken this opportunity to revisit their vision and goals for the coming years.  

  As we are forced to change the way we work, new opportunities are just around the corner. Work from home have given an opportunity to people spend time with their family, the time people used to spend on traffic is now quality family time. 

People are more happier. The time with our own family, isn't that one of precious moments in life. 

It's also time from business to think of new ways to work smart, which will bring cost reductions to the company. Only once we are out of lock down we will see what new changes have brought to our lives. 

Business will change the way they function . Employees will be more often given options to work from home. Working from home could reduce the infrastructure and utility cost of companies.

Companies do not have to spent on office rent, power, food for employees.   This maybe our new way of business, people working from their own homes.  

New solutions will be brought in for employees to protect them from cyber attacks. As employees are outside the company network there is a vulnerable to attacks. 

More family time will contribute to the happiness and well being of the family. This would even keep people healthier and live a long life. 

Healthier and happy employees will be more productive at work. This will bring a greater growth to the companies. This is a solution for a century old problem "How to keep employees happy?".

Even companies may not need a fancy large state of the art building complex anymore for its employees. This could reduce the debt and expenses in the long run. 

 

What future holds for us is a mystery but the future is also made by people who had a vision for it and work towards achieving it.  So we do often create our own future. 

Let us wait. Just out there a change is already made. As I am writing this I see a greater future for all of humanity. This pandemic will pass, the struggle we have will pass, all these worry and struggle will only make us stronger. 

Happiness - isn't that we all want? 

We will have a better future. A happier one. Patience is the key.
