  A Day Of A Ryanair Customer Service Manager I am fortunate to meet Wera, who is a customer service manager at Ryanair in Europe. ( Due to privacy reasons I will not be mentioning the place where this occurred. )   Don't know why but we became good friends in a few days. I am trying to interpret a video I saw a few day back of a guy dancing at a music festival.  I learned many things about leadership from this video and I would love to share it with you.  This was at Sasquatch music festival 2009. If you have not watched the video, I suggest you to watch the video to see how one guy started a dance party at a music festival. This video have gone pretty viral in the internet.  At the beginning of the video you saw a guy dancing alone to the music without any regards to the people around him, he is just there enjoying his moment in the sun. He is our hero, the fearless leader .   Our fearless leader is marketing his idea on "enjoying the moment" to the public. At watching this I am cringing and also admiring his bravery to dance in the public like that. To be honest those are some ridiculous moves and he must be drunk. Business first and ego second. A memory I got from a care home for mentally challenged people  2010-2011 One Sunday, me and my friends sitting at our Sunday school class room talking about how hard have life been in the past 2 years and how hard it is going to be as we are approaching our higher secondary exams and we have to study twice harder as our future depends on it. I can see them worried about the exam, so was I. Sister Tessina came in and we greeted her, before beginning the class she told us the church is conducting a one day program, a visit to a home for mentally challenged people.  Nobody is interested, it is the end of our school years and our exams our at our door steps, we have to study hard each and every waking ours. Book Cover   This is not a book review, I want to share what I learned from the book Goat Days  written by Benyamin . I was not interested in novels or stories. Novels had a bad vibe when I was a kid. I have heard elders saying that if you read novels, you will fail in life, they were talking about the weekly magazine novels. Somehow "novel equals failure" got recorded in my mind. So I would mostly concentrate on non fictions.  I came across the book Goat Days "Aadujeevitham" back in 2013, when one of my friend brought it to our room. He told me it is a true story of  life of  a man named Najeeb Muhammed,  emigrant gone to work in Saudi Arabia. Najeeb's dream was to work in the Persian Gulf states and earn enough money to send back home.
